Life is not perfect. We all expect life to be this fun never ending journey. Social media makes everyone seem like their life is perfect when in all reality it isn't. Everybody has up just like everyone has downs. We only choose to publish the best of our lives on Facebook and Instagram and fail to project out lows. With that being said, Lows are unavoidable. We all just have to learn how to deal with the lows. I use tools Syrah as journaling and working out to my advantage and to cope with the downs in life. Finding an outlet to project the negative feelings is just as important, If not more important than posting the good ones. We as humans done like to face the negative when in all reality the negative is what influences growth.

We need to focus on not what we see on social media as it is just everyone's good times. Hannah got married, Dave is having a kid, Mark just got that promotion he's been shooting for. Seeing all of this can make those viewing it feel unaccomplished and depressed. These people may have good things going on, but I'll bet you they are struggling with things behind closed doors. Broadcasting the good in life is fun, and you love to see your friends and families reactions sure, but that is not how you as a person will grow. Growth occurs when you as an individual get through something rough and learn from the mistakes, consequences, and the over all lesson life has chosen to teach you .

Hard times come and go, but how we grow from them is what matters. During hard times, it's important to take care of yourself and be mindful of your mental health. It's also important to look for the silver lining in each situation and learn from it so that you can become a better version of yourself.

Personal growth is an essential part of life, especially during hard times. We must take the time to reflect on our experiences and find ways to improve ourselves. This could include learning new skills, developing healthier habits, or simply taking time for self-care. By taking these steps, we can use hard times as an opportunity for growth instead of letting them bring us down.
