Depression is a serious illness that affects millions of people worldwide. It's one of the most common mental illnesses, and it can have a huge impact on your life. But there are lots of ways to help yourself cope with depression.

The first step is learning to accept that you have depression. This means that you have to accept that you're different from everyone else, and that this difference will probably never go away. Depression doesn't mean you're weak or stupid, but rather that your brain chemistry is different from other people's brains.

You also need to learn how to manage your symptoms so they don't interfere with your daily life. The most common way to manage depression is by taking pills for anxiety or sleeping pills (or both). Other ways include talking about your feelings with other people who understand how difficult it can be; exercise; spending time outdoors; reading books about topics like relationships or parenting; writing in journals; or taking classes online or at community colleges that focus on helping people cope with mental illness like depression.

If none of these solutions work for you, then talking with a therapist may be helpful in helping you find coping strategies that work best for you!
